1. There will be Only One Prime Sponsor in this event.
2. Company name and logo of appropriate sizes will be published in all the Exhibition publicity materials.
3. Entitled for exhibition stand space, free of cost.
4. Company name and Logo as Prime Sponsor will be printed on the exhibition bags (hard paper bags) which will be distributed at the registration counter to all the participants and visitors.
5. Publicity materials will be included in the exhibition pack.
6. Company name and logo will be published in the Exhibition Web Site which shall be connected to the Sponsor’s web site.
7. Full colour advertisements shall be provided in the Exhibition Guide which will be distributed to all participants and visitors.
8. Company will be honored with a Special Plaque / Memento by the Patron at the Opening Ceremony.
9. Executive Officers will be treated as VIPs during the event and the official gatherings.
10.  Company logos will be displayed in the Exhibition hall.
11.  Hanging Banner on external wall of exhibition hall.
12.  Roll Up banners will be displayed in the exhibition venue.
13.  Appropriate size of logo and name will be included in the Lamp Post and Bill Boards to be displayed all over in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
14.  Company name and logo will be published in the Exhibition Guide which will be distributed to the visitors.
15.  Company name and logo in appropriate size will be included in the Opening Ceremony invitations and other  flyers etc.
16.  Company name and logo will be published in the TV advertisement.
17.  Priority to book prominent location in the exhibition floor.
